Covid-19 update / January 04th 2020
Dear Clients / Patients
Following this evening announcement from the Prime Minister that England will enter higher Covid-19 Restrictions, effective immediately, we hope that everyone is staying home and staying safe.
While our clinic will remain close during this 3rd National Lockdown, we will still be available for you via phone and online for all your inquiries.
We recognise that some treatments and services we provide here at Modern man Clinic are very important for self-esteem, confidence, and psychological well-being.
For patients who find it hard to cope with Covid-19 lockdown restrictions and for those anxious about interruptions to their treatment plan, we created a unique patient's support line / online counselling that will soon be available for you 24/7 during the lockdown.
Virtual Consultations will also be available for all clients, considering post-lockdown treatments, Skin Care for at-home delivery, and Gift Vouchers.
Please be aware that our online booking diary will be blocked for treatments until February 19th, inclusive. However, you will still be able to use our online booking system to book your virtual consultation or reserve your appointment from Saturday, February 20th, 2021.
We hope to update you ASAP with re-opening details, and we'll keep you entertained on our social media in the meantime.

Dear Patients,
We hope that you are keeping safe and well as we navigate this next National Lockdown. We would like to keep you update you on how Modern Man Clinic will be operating, during these unprecedented times.
As a consultant - doctor founded group of medical aesthetic clinics, it is of utmost importance that we provide you with the safest and most hygienic treatment conditions and the highest standard of clinical care. We maintain strict Covid - 19 compliant measures to provide assurance that you and our medical team are protected at all times.
While we are upholding our duty in protecting public health, we would like to encourage all of our patients who feel that they can wait until December to do so.
In the meantime, we do recognise that some treatments we provide are seen as very important for self esteem, confidence and psychological well-being. For those who are anxious about interruptions to their treatment plan, we will be available to offer limited appointments on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, subject to assessment and for those who have an urgent need for treatment and care.

COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES
WE ARE READY TO WELCOME YOU BACK TO OUR CLINICS
We are excited to announce that we are slowly re-opening and ready to welcome you back to our clinics. We are hopeful that all our hard work, preparations and strict preventive measures will be welcomed by you in efforts to keep you and members of our team healthy and safe.
Our surgeons, clinicians and medical experts have been continuously following the epidemic guidelines from the Government and from the General Medical Council and adopted our clinics and treatments accordingly. Your Safety is our priority so please read our safeguarding guide before visiting our premises again. We truly can’t wait to see you!
In line with Government and Public Health England guidelines relating to the current COVID-19 / CORONAVIRUS situation, we have in place strict processes and procedures to keep everyone as safe as possible.
- Your Appointment
Pre-appointment courtesy call - each client booked in for an appointment will receive a call from us prior to their appointment to find out if they are not experiencing any known symptoms of Covid-19 or if they haven't travelled abroad in the last 14 days.
Any staff who are feeling unwell, are showing symptoms or anyone in their household is, will be asked not to come to work. We kindly request that all client follow the same guideline and do not attend the clinic. We will be understanding if appointments need to be moved.
Temperature check - a no contact infrared thermometer will be used on arrival to check the temperature of anyone entering the clinic.
Sanitisation - All clients will be asked to use some hand sanitiser provided before filling out consents on the ipad and sitting down.
Staggered appointments - we will be staggering appointments to limit the number of people in the clinic at any one time. Please arrive on time or we may need to shorten your treatment time. Please come alone to your appointment unless absolutely necessary.
- During your treatment
Staff personal protection equipment - all staff will wear appropriate PPE including face masks, face shields and gloves and have undergone a through Covid-19 specific training program. All our staff will sanatise prior to your appointment and regularly throughout the day.
- Cleaning
Deep cleaning of the clinic - our professional cleaners are deep cleaning the clinics regularly and heir cleaning products have been changed to virucidal from now on.
Covid-19 cleaning schedule - in addition to our already thorough cleaning protocol, we have added extra cleaning measures throughout the day to ensure all toughpoints are sanitised between each client.
- Waiting area / Reception
Sanitising station - upon entering our clinic you will be invited to use an alcohol hand sanitiser, tissues and a face mask if required.
Limited space in the waiting area - we will do our best to invite you straight into the treatment room to minimise number of people in the waiting area at the same time. Please arrive on your own.
Reception safety - sadly, no more handshakes and hugs, but we will still provide warm welcome and smile. You can help yourself to bottled water in our fridge. We will not have any skin care testers in the reception area but please still feel free to ask your therapist about products and they can let you feel them in a safe controlled way. We also removed all magazines from our waiting area

WE ONLY ALLOW THOSE WITH AN APPOINTMENT TO ATTEND OUR FACILITY.
• ONLY THE PERSON ATTENDING APPOINTMENT WILL BE ALLOWED INTO BUILDING * Unless they have special circumstances and a prior agreement. this is to ensure adequate physical distancing can be maintained within the building.
• PLEASE WEAR A SUITABLE FACE COVERING AND KEEP THIS ON UNTIL YOU HAVE FINISHED YOUR APPOINTMENT AND LEFT THE BUILDING.
• YOU MAY BE ASKED TO ALLOW A NO TOUCH SKIN TEMPERATURE CHECK.
• PLEASE ARRIVE NO MORE THAN 10 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT -
YOU WILL NOT
BE ALLOWED INTO THE BUILDING BEFORE THAT TIME.
• IF YOU HAVE A QUESTIONNAIRE TO COMPLETE PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT, PLEASE BRING THIS WITH YOU.
• PRESS THE DOOR BUZZER number 7 AND YOU WILL BE CONNECTED TO A RECEPTIONIST WHO WILL ASK YOU:
• YOUR OWN NAME AND TIME OF APPOINTMENT
• THE NAME OF PERSON/CLINIC YOU ARE VISITING
• If you are unable to provide this information, you might be turned back.
• PLEASE MAINTAIN A GAP OF 2 METRES BETWEEN YOU AND THE PERSON IN FRONT OF YOU BOTH OUTSIDE THE BUILDING AND AS YOU ENTER
• LIFT ACCESS WILL BE LIMITED TO 1 PERSON
ONCE INSIDE THE BUILDING:
• MARKERS AROUND THE BUILDING WILL REMIND YOU TO OBSERVE PHYSICAL DISTANCING. •
USE THE SANITISING HAND GEL OR WASH YOUR HANDS THOROUGHLY.
• OUR RECEPTIONIST WILL ASSIST YOU AND INFORM YOU WHERE TO GO.
• DO NOT SHAKE HANDS.
